Description
Za'atar Burrata is an Italian Burrata that is filled with labne (a Middle Eastern kefir cheese), Italian mascarpone, and za'atar, a Middle Eastern herb mixture. It is produced by Fiore di Nonno, an artisanal cheese company located in Massachusetts, United States. Za'atar Burrata tastes of a unique blend of sweetness, savoury and tangy flavours. The outer texture of Burrata is moist, fresh and soft whilst the inner is a layer of creamy, buttery stracciatella infused with Za'atar spice of thyme and lemon. Fiore di Nonno's Za'atar Burrata tastes excellent with roasted beets.
